Terms of service
Last updated 3 November 2026
By using Sendas you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple; please read them.
The service
Sendas forwards mail for addresses on your domain to your Gmail and relays mail you send from those addresses. It is a free beta: we work to keep it reliable, but it is provided as is, without guarantees of availability or delivery. Do not rely on it as your only copy of important mail.
Your domain and account
- Only add domains you own or are authorised to manage.
- Keep your SMTP passwords and API keys secret. You are responsible for mail sent with them.
- The free plan includes 1 domain, 5 addresses per domain and 100 recipients per day. Accounts younger than 7 days get half the daily limit.
Acceptable use
You may not use Sendas to:
- send spam, bulk marketing or any mail to people who did not ask for it;
- send phishing, malware, or mail that impersonates another person or organisation;
- break the law, or harass, threaten or defraud anyone;
- get around the sending limits or interfere with the service.
We may block messages, pause addresses or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice when needed to protect other users and recipients.
Ending the service
You can remove your domain at any time. We may change or end the service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice by email where we can, so you have time to point your domain elsewhere.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sendas and its maintainers are not liable for lost mail, lost data or any indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
Open source
The Sendas software is available under the MIT license. These terms cover the hosted service at this address, not your own copies of the software.
